Homecoming Refund Guidelines

Please see the following Homecoming Refund Guidelines (effective October 5, 2023) for the MSU Homecoming Concert, Kicks & Black Fits (Silent Headphones Party), MSU Pep Rally (MSU Forever), Morgan Marketplace and Vendor Village.

Due to the recent announcement regarding the cancellation of Homecoming activities, please review the following to receive your refunds:

• Tickets will be refunded through the place of purchase.
• Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster.com require no action. Ticketmaster will issue refunds to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
• Tickets purchased via the University Student Center Box Office will need to be returned to the University Student Center Box Office. Refunds will be issued to the payment method (credit, debit card and digital wallets- Apple Pay or Google Pay) used at the time of purchase. 

Please note that physical tickets are REQUIRED for a full refund.

 

Cash & Check Payment Instructions:

Complete the MSU refund form and email it to MSUboxoffice@morgan.edu. Must include:

• Date
• Name (First & Last Name) (Check Payable To)
• MSU ID or Federal Identification Number
• Permanent address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Reason for Request (Homecoming Cancellation)

 The University Student Center will issue refunds on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On Wednesday, refunds will be issued from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
